Contact us within 30 days from the date of service if you are not completely satisfied and we will return to make our best effort to satisfactorily resolve your issues. Sears must be permitted to inspect and remedy your concerns. Pre-existing conditions are not covered by this guarantee. This guarantee is null and void if subsequent cleaning by others has occurred.
